How to Connect MYOB to Nexxtap
- Log in to the Nexxtap Merchant Portal
- Open the side menu and select “MYOB.”
- On the MYOB page, tap “Add MYOB Credentials.”
- A pop-up form will appear with the following fields:
- Merchant – Select the merchant ID you want to link to MYOB, or choose “[Catch All]” to apply settings to all merchant IDs under your account.
- Online Company File Name – Enter your MYOB company file name.
- Bank Account Number – e.g. 1-1100
- Income Account Number – e.g. 4-1100
- Expense Account Number – e.g. 6-1100
Confirmation Checkbox – Tick to confirm the user has been created and the MYOB invite has been sent.
Each field (except “Merchant”) includes an info button with step-by-step guidance on how to locate the required details.
How to Connect Xero to Nexxtap
- log into the Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Xero from the side menu (note, availability of this menu item depends on the merchant's account setting, set by our administrators).
- In Xero page, click on "Add Xero Credentials" button.
- Complete the form with the following details:
- - Account Name – Enter the name of the account you want to connect.
- - BSB – Enter your bank’s BSB number.
- - Account Number – Enter your bank account number.
- - Tax Type – Specify the applicable tax code or category used in Xero.
- - Item Description – Add a description that will appear with the synced items in Xero.
- Tap “Save” to connect your Xero account.
